Beach Days & Sand
Our home is just a short walk from the beach—one of its best features! To help keep the house clean and comfortable:

Please rinse off sand before entering the home whenever possible.

Shake out beach towels, chairs, toys, and bags outside.

Leave sandy shoes and flip-flops at the entrance or in the designated outdoor area.

Please avoid bringing excessive sand into the house.
Quiet Hours
We want everyone—including our neighbors—to enjoy a peaceful stay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No loud music, parties, or disruptive gatherings at any time.

Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping outdoor conversations and noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
No Parties or Events
This property is intended for relaxing vacations—not parties or events.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been given.

Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
No Pets
We love animals, but pets are not permitted on the property. This helps us maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
Children
While families are welcome, please note that this property is not ideal for infants or very young children due to the home's layout and features. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times and determining whether the property is suitable for their family's needs.

Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.

Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when leaving the property.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation Deposit
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
Guest Cancellation Policy

More than 30 Days Before Check-In: Guests who cancel more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, less any non-refundable processing fees

30 Days to 14 Days Before Check-In: Guests who cancel between 30 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total rental amount.

Less than 14 Days Before Check-In: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.
Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for: Late arrivals, Early departures, Unused nights, Changes in occupancy after arrival
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including illness, weather disruptions, family emergencies, transportation delays, or other circumstances that may require cancellation.
Host Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
Weather and Natural Events
No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions, road closures, power outages, wildfire smoke, natural disasters, or other events beyond the owner's control unless government authorities prohibit access to the property.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation.
Rebooking Option
If a guest cancels and the dates are subsequently rebooked by another guest, the owner may, at their sole discretion, provide an additional refund up to the amount recovered from the replacement booking.
Agreement
By making a reservation and submitting payment, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
